Why Work for Us?
Kingsbury Lawn Care are an ambitious, forward thinking company heading in an exciting direction. We are always interested in speaking to people who have the same aspirations and ambitions as us. We are extremely proud of the reputation we have built to date and require people who have the shared passion to drive this forwards.
Being a part of this small business is an opportunity to help in building something special. Working within a small team means that the efforts of the right people show quickly in terms of both business success and our collective enjoyment.
We offer a package which exceeds the industry norms while our size provides the opportunity to create an exciting and rewarding career - work that we can all be proud of at the end of the week. We are one of the most promising and ambitious companies within our sector, seeking well mannered people who wish to learn and grow with us.
Not only are we hard workers but we enjoy and celebrate the successes that we are creating for ourselves. We promote a healthy work life balance with annual leave flexibility, no Christmas working, with bank holiday / Saturday working only at peak times and only as a last resort.
Kingsbury Lawn Care was born in 2015 off the back of a garden maintenance customer base which owner Jack Chapman had built and serviced from the age of just 15. The business joined the UK Lawn Care Association and feeling that the industry wasn't being served well enough, set about becoming a leading local independent lawn treatment service - a 'go-to' company exclusive to our service area.
Off the back of the hard work of our small team to date, we find ourselves scaling new heights each year. We were Tamworth Business and Community Awards finalists in 2017, and winners of Trades Business of the year in both 2018 and 2019. Across that two year period due to continued growth we have needed to move unit twice and more than doubled our customer base. This all while doubling down on our level of service with our loyal customer base who actively refer us to family and friends increasingly each year.
Despite the Covid-19 pandemic 2020 is still likely to be a promising year for the company, with us well set for a happier and healthier 2021.
